The approach
On a team workation, everyone got access to AI tools and built a project of their own choosing - then presented what they learned.
Monthly dedicated days where everyone works on a project with AI and shares the results. This grew into the AI Excellence Meetings that still run today.
AI became a fixed part of the delivery cycle: AI-assisted specs, automated review with CodeRabbit, leaner estimation.
"If other companies are shipping faster this way and we're not, we fall behind." - the thought that started the decision to take this on seriously.
