2. General Information

The protection of your personal data is important to us. This privacy policy explains which data is collected when you visit this website, how it is used, and your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

This is a purely informational, static website. We do not use cookies, tracking scripts, analytics services, or social media embeds. Fonts are self-hosted and served directly from our server - no external font providers are contacted.

3. Data Collected When You Visit This Website

Server Log Files

When you visit this website, our hosting provider automatically stores so-called server log files. These contain:

This data is not merged with other data sources. Collection is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in ensuring technically error-free and optimised delivery of the website).

4. Hosting

This website is hosted by: Netlify, Inc., 101 2nd Street, San Francisco, CA 94105, USA.

Netlify processes the server log data described above on our behalf. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR has been concluded with Netlify. Since Netlify is a US-based provider, personal data may be transferred to the United States. Netlify is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (DPF), which the European Commission has recognised as providing an adequate level of data protection (Art. 45 GDPR); as a fallback, EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 GDPR) apply. Further information is available in Netlify's privacy policy.

5. Contact via Email

If you contact us by email, your message and the personal data it contains (name, email address, message content) are stored to process your request and for follow-up questions. This data is not shared with third parties. Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract performance or pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to inquiries). Data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required.

6. Case Study Download Form

On our case study page we offer a form to request our AI transformation case study by email. If you fill it in, we collect the data you enter: name, email address, and - optionally - company. This data is used exclusively to send you the requested case study by email and to follow up on your request. Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (your consent, given by submitting the form) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in responding to your inquiry).

The form is processed via Netlify Forms, a feature of our hosting provider Netlify (see Section 4 for details on Netlify as a processor and international data transfers). Submissions are also forwarded to us by email so we can respond. We currently fulfil these requests manually - we do not use any automated mailing or marketing tool for this. We do not pass your data on to any other third party, and we do not use it for marketing purposes beyond the requested follow-up. Data is deleted once your request has been processed and there is no legal obligation to retain it further.

7. No Analytics or Tracking

This website does not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any other tracking or analytics tool. No cookies are set. There is no user profiling.

8. External Links

This website contains links to third-party websites (e.g. LinkedIn). When you follow these links, the privacy policies of the respective providers apply. We have no influence over their data processing.
